Please have the following documents on hand before you begin:
If you're initially applying to a Blocking Certificate through COMO Digital Life:
- Passport/ID card copies (the copies must not be older than three months)
If you're applying directly to a COMO Digital Life Service:
- Extract from the commercial register (not older than three months)
- Extract from the shareholder register (not older than three months)
- Company's articles of association (the copy must originate from an official government website or be a certified true copy)
- Passport/ID card copies (the copies must not be older than three months) for directors, UBOs and legal representatives.
- Proof of address (not older than three months)
Your progress will be saved automatically. After you have filled out your contact information, a "Save & Continue Later" button will appear on the footer of every page. If you wish to pause and resume your application at a later time, you can click that button to receive an email with a link to continue where you left off.
